Privacy Policy: What This Site Collects and Why
This site is operated by ClearMax Labs. It collects the business contact details you type into the contact form, basic analytics about how pages are used, and the server logs any website keeps. It does not sell data, and it does not need or want patient information.

Who operates this site?
ClearMax Labs operates this site and is the collector of any information described here. Questions about this policy or about your data go to jalen@clearmaxlabs.com.
What does the contact form collect?
The form on the contact page asks for your practice name, your name, a work email address, a work phone number, which software you use, and a description of what is happening. Automated submissions are screened by the form software; nothing is deleted without a person reading it.
Submissions are delivered by email to jalen@clearmaxlabs.com, the mailbox of ClearMax Labs, and are read by the person who will contact you. A copy of each submission is also stored in the website's own database so that a missed email does not mean a missed message. Submissions are kept for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation, and are deleted on request.
Please do not include patient information in the form. It is not needed to help you, and the form is for business contact details only.
What about phone calls?
Calls to this number may be recorded or answered by an automated assistant. Please do not share patient information by phone. Call records, including the number you called from and the time of the call, are kept by the phone service used by ClearMax Labs for as long as they are needed to return your call and keep a record of the conversation.
What analytics does this site use?
This site uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how pages are used: which pages are visited, how far people scroll, and where they click. Both set cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another, and Clarity records interactions with the page. A Google Ads tag is also present so that visits that start from an advertisement can be counted. When a visit starts from a link ClearMax Labs sent you, that link may carry your first name, company and email address as address-bar parameters, and those values are passed to Clarity and Google Analytics so the visit can be matched to the message you were sent. Microsoft and Google each process that data under their own privacy statements. Nothing you type into the form is intended to be captured by analytics, and the form fields are marked so that session recording masks them.
You can block analytics by using a browser setting or extension that blocks tracking scripts, or by clearing cookies after a visit. The site works the same way with analytics blocked.
What does the hosting provider record?
This site is hosted on SiteGround and runs on WordPress. Like any web host, SiteGround records standard request logs, including the IP address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. Those logs are used to serve the site and protect it from abuse, and are handled under SiteGround's own privacy policy.
Is any of this sold or shared?
No. ClearMax Labs does not sell, rent or trade the information collected on this site. It is shared only with the services needed to run the site and deliver your message: the hosting provider, the phone service, Microsoft and Google as the analytics and advertising providers named above, each acting on behalf of ClearMax Labs.
How do you ask about your data?
Email jalen@clearmaxlabs.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are answered by the person who operates this site.
